When is it the right time to move?
Consider Supportive Living when a senior:
- Can safely be alone for long periods
- Needs assistance with ADLs
- Needs management for chronic conditions
- Would benefit from more social interaction
- Needs medication/treatment management
Consider Long-Term Care when a senior:
- Needs cueing to navigate activities
- Cannot safely be alone for long periods
- Has mobility/balance issues
- Requires assistance with bathroom needs
- Is unable to move safely without assistance
- Requires a two-person transfer
